Business Development Executive 

Position Summary:

Looking to add superstars to our Business Development team. As part of the Business Development Team you will be responsible for bringing in] new customers as per the Product Market Grid to rapidly increase the volume of new business for the company.



Responsibilities:

  • Bring in new clients for company.
  • Create and prioritise target account and contact lists.
  • Manage the whole sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation team to build the pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B/enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven ability to work in time sensitive and target driven environment.
  • Good skill of enterprise decision makers, especially across finance and admin verticals.
  • Excellent communication skills. You’re a clear and compelling storyteller across written, verbal and visual mediums.
  • Exposure of using any CRM for pipeline management.
  • A penchant for experimentation. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you grab it with both hands.

Head – Business Development

Position Summary:

The Business Development - Head is responsible for planning, direction and execution of new business development and growing new client’ revenue in accordance with targets. You will be responsible for identifying new areas for growth and specific prospects as well as nurturing existing client relationships to develop business opportunities. Ideally, you will have a network of Senior level contacts within a range of industry verticals. You will be comfortable using a consultative approach with these contacts to understand their needs and be able to demonstrate Walnut ethos and potential to help.



Responsibilities:

  • Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind.
  • Develop the new business strategy and pipeline with recommended marketing activity ensuring that the pipeline is in line with the agency goals and revenue targets
  • Lead the response to brief and pitching; lead and support the pitch teams
  • Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the agency revenue goal.
  • Work with the Account Managers to identify new opportunities within existing client business or contacts. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients.


Qualifications:

Experience

  • 7+ years digital/advertising/media industry experience and knowledge (digital agency experience preferred).
  • Proven extensive delivery of complex digital activity (campaigns, content, web and mobile experiences) and marketing communications to clients.
  • Proven success in winning, delivering and retaining key clients.Skills
  • Highly polished pitch and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business and relationships.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work at speed and under pressure.
  • Strong financial acumen, written and oral communication skills.

Associate Creative Director (Art)

Position Summary:

Reports to Creative Director. Supervises and guides the total creative effort of a number of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. Integrates art, copy and production functions. An experienced presenter. Has client contact at brand level and above.



Job Description :

  • Come out with ideas having large implementation potential.
  • Actively supervise the work of juniors. Give feedback and direction. Help them develop.
  • Present work to clients. Strike a good rapport.
  • Conduct brand research. Apply consistent style and tone across brand communication.
  • Ensure smooth internal workflow by utilizing effective delegation , assigning/reassigning appropriate resources to jobs, and getting the best out of team members.
